Quick Review
A really strong and engrossing film about a man living in the shadow of his father, all told with the gorgeous backdrop of space like we've never seen it before.
Although it was a little long, I was captivated throughout. Brad Pitt's performance is great and really carried the movie. It did, however, rely a little too much on narration, which isn't my favourite storytelling device.
The world building of a near-future Earth was amazing, and felt like the most realistic version of what commercial space travel and Moon/Mars colonies could like like. There were a few small missteps which felt like they came from a different film, but overall, a very enjoyable movie.
